This project was created as part of my UX qualification and aimed to improve a digital interface to create a better overall user experience.
I was a frequent user of the Christchurch public transport network at the time, and chose to redesign their ‘MetroGo’ platform as I was frustrated with the current experience. Click below to see my design process.
